Horrible experience with this dealership and West Herr group. The purchase of my vehicle took 45 days. CDJR Orchard Park lost paperwork, NYS rejected the title, lien of $13 held up my purchase another 10 days. I should’ve walked away a lot sooner. My trade in was sold faster (within the week of my purchase), then how they process paperwork. No contract during this experience from this location. Stay away!

First of many vehicles I've purchased from west herr that im not even a little excited about. Finance guy kept congratulating me even though I didnt sign anything. Salesman had me on phone with my insurance company before I even knew my payment options . Also my vehicle was supposed to be paid off then I see in my paperwork they were 1500 off and my down payment went towards that .Def last vehicle i buy from them

To be completely honest I usually despise car dealerships. The dishonesty, the shenanigans, and the pressure to make decisions that aren't right for you.
My experience at West Herr Dodge Jeep Ram was the complete opposite of the usual dealership experience. From the first phone call with Cal, to looking over the car with Barry, and working with Adam in financing; everything was easy and low stress.
There was no up selling for stupid things I didn't want or ask for. There was no ridiculous fees or pressure to purchase warranties after I said I wasn't interested.

Dealership y issue was with is great. Took care of my flat tire quickly -needed a new one. Jessica was wonderful. Kept me informed. Only issue was with psi which was extremely over inflated. Had to return to dealership. Service manager, Tony, resolved issue immediately. Jason helped immensely.

This dealership service area is the best! Brian and his co-worker Joe(?) helped me so much. Some places take advantage of the elderly but not these people. I’ve been a loyal customer for leasing and service through West Herr Ram since 2020. I’ve leased 2 trucks through them and have been there many times for routine service and inspections. I currently lease a 2022 Ram 1500 through them. On January 5th I went in for an inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. The service was finished around 11:45am. I didn’t expect much to be honest. It’s an oil change and tire rotation. Problem was as I was sitting in the waiting room watching all the vehicles before me be delivered from their service appointments they all came out clean and dripping water having just left the car wash. Jeffrey did a wonderful job on my van and also in keeping me informed as to what was going on with the process. Jeffrey was able to track down what parts they didn't already have on hand and he still completed all the work in the same day. What really made my day is that my GOLD warranty took care of the most costly issue. "Praise the Lord" !!!. All I had to pay for out of pocket was the cost of the inspection and my rear window wiper.
