Iāve been a loyal customer for leasing and service through West Herr Ram since 2020. Iāve leased 2 trucks through them and have been there many times for routine service and inspections. I currently lease a 2022 Ram 1500 through them. On January 5th I went in for an inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. The service was finished around 11:45am. I didnāt expect much to be honest. Itās an oil change and tire rotation. Problem was as I was sitting in the waiting room watching all the vehicles before me be delivered from their service appointments they all came out clean and dripping water having just left the car wash. My vehicle was delivered salty and dirty on the outside as it went in. I almost said something but didnāt feel like complaining. Would have been nice to have been delivered a clean vehicle. Jeffrey did a wonderful job on my van and also in keeping me informed as to what was going on with the process. Jeffrey was able to track down what parts they didn't already have on hand and he still completed all the work in the same day. What really made my day is that my GOLD warranty took care of the most costly issue. "Praise the Lord" !!!. All I had to pay for out of pocket was the cost of the inspection and my rear window wiper.

Scott M. Has to be the best service advisor I've dealt with. He is extremely informative, and knowledgeable. Along with his team of mechanics it will be extremely difficult to get me to go to a different shop. Great location great response and turn around time on my truck. BUUUUTTTT, go in knowing what your vehicle is required to have done at required interval, mileage. Stand your ground and stick with the manufacturer recommended service. Spark plugs on my vehicle not required until 100,000 miles not 30,000. Unless you tow heavy loads. As far as sales go, never!
Believe me, I do not recommend this business at all, they are incredible, my jeep was there for two months just to put points on the engine and my jeep turned out worse than what I delivered it and now I don't know what to do, don't buy cars here

My most recent experience at Dodge for my Jeep to be serviced was less than par. My vehicle was dropped off for my state inspection, tire rotation, a radio/display issue, automatic engine shut off issue and still making a squeaking noise that wasnāt fixed back in May 2022. Terrible. Purchased a2016 jeep compass has been in the shop twice in 10 months for computer chip issues. At 31,000 miles it seems they would stand behind their product. Not so. They want another 800.00 dollars this time to repair it. How this ever passed nys inspection is beyond me. I just want them to make this right. Do not buy from them. Especially used vehicle.I did not purchase an extended warranty because of the low mileage. Shame on me but more importantly SHAME ON THEM!!!!!!!!
